At 2B OATH, we strive to provide high-quality custom products with a seamless shopping experience. Our shipping policy is designed to give you transparency on order processing, delivery times, and shipping fees.
Order Processing Time
- Order Fulfillment: All orders are printed and processed on demand. Typically, our fulfillment time is 3-5 business days from the date your order is placed. Please note that this may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Order Confirmation:Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and shipment confirmation email.
Shipping Times
- Domestic (USA): Shipping times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- International Shipping: Shipping times for international orders can vary depending on the destination country. Typically, international shipping can take between 7-21 business days.
- Please note: Some international shipments may experience customs delays that are beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, shipping method, and weight of the order.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for all domestic orders over $50.- Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Expedited delivery times vary by destination.

Order Tracking

International Orders & Customs
- Customs Fees: International customers are responsible for any additional fees, duties, or taxes that may be incurred upon arrival in the destination country.
- Customs Delays: Occasionally, customs processing can cause delays that are beyond our control. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for delays due to customs or weather-related disruptions.
Shipping Issues or Lost Packages
- Incorrect Shipping Address:Please double-check the shipping address you provide during checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at your expense.
- Missing or Lost Packages: Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to provide a refund for lost packages. However, we recommend contacting the carrier directly or checking with your local post office. In cases of confirmed loss or damage, we will work with you to resolve the issue as best as possible.
Addressing Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
